The brief was to create a new frontage to the entire street block front incorporating pedestrian routes, office access and vehicular access and provide refurbished space for arange of retailers or leisure occupiers.
The existing shopfront was dated and industrial with exposed concrete columns and oldboarded up shopfronts. We designed a new shopfront incorporating frameless glazing shopfronts with sculptural screens to hide areas of car parking behind and a new feature canopy to signify the vehicular access to the office complex in behind.
The development is progressing on a phased basis with the first phase on site.
