Residential Apartments
We were engaged initially to separate a historic development of 3 Grade B listed townhouses into their original parts and subsequently to convert 2 of these townhouses into luxury apartments.
Cleveden Crescent is a classical blonde sandstone Victorian crescent designed by John Burnet and completed around 1900. The crescent lies within the Glasgow West End conservation areas and has many of the original features.
The development provides 3 individually designed apartments and 2 mews cottages within the beautiful, Victorian building. Each property is individually designed with custom bathrooms and kitchens. The design was carried out in a manner sympathetic to the original building, mixing the traditional features with contemporary living requirements.
