Following the completion of the Cat A refurbishment of 3 Atlantic Quay in Glasgow’s financial district we designed the fit out for the new flagship facility for Scottish Courts and Tribunal Services.
The building provides 34 tribunal hearing rooms, 9 waiting rooms, a range of consultation rooms, break out areas and a public café. There is office accommodation for 40 members of the tribunals’ judiciary and 300 SCTS and HMCTS staff.
We worked closely with the SCTS team to ensure their complex requirements were met and the contractor team to ensure that the project was delivered successfully within very tight timescales.
