Our conservation architecture project, Greystones is a Grade B Listed property in Kilmacolm. The house, constructed in a late Arts & Crafts style, was stripped internally and we worked with both the client and planning department to modernise the layout and fabric of the building to suit a contemporary lifestyle.
Many of the internal features had to be maintained or altered in a manner sympathetic to the existing features. External alterations were kept to a minimum with the same principle adopted. Designs were also prepared for the landscaping to the rear to provide external terraces for entertaining and sitting.
