Following the downsizing of the space taken by the existing tenant, we were asked to look at the building to advise what could be done to improve the Innovation House corporate office design, it’s appearance, and most importantly it’s let-ability.
We provided designs for external improvements, the outdated pale blue cladding was changed to a more forgiving dark grey and new signage and planting were installed.
To ensure maximum impact for the budget, we suggested the focus on new finishes and furnishings in specific areas.
We created a new breakout lounge with hot desk working areas in the central atrium with new planting and furniture and new meeting room with bright fresh graphics, furniture and lighting in accordance with the brand.
Office spaces on the first floor have been refurbished and the spaces are available on a serviced basis.
