Entrance and Reception

The brief was to update the main entrance and reception area of the Skypark Office complex.

Our design incorporated new polished granite cladding to the new feature canopy and incorporated a new glazed entrance screen and doors. Internally we incorporated a range of seating including new booths, touch down desks and soft seating. Large bespoke lampshades sorted the space further.

The work was carefully phased and carried out in a busy functioning occupied building.

Garden

The brief was to look at how seating and planting could be incorporated into an area of deck car parking to provide an external staff area.

Our design removed a section of car parking completely and created a new enclosed garden area. As the garden is highly visible from above we incorporated the corporate logo of the development into the space and created a curved path through the garden. The resin bound surface material gave an attractive finish and contrast in colours. The path and logo were outlined in led lighting so the space could be illuminated at night.

We incorporated a range of sizes and shapes of planters, plants and seating to provide an attractive interesting garden for the tenants of the building.

Lift Lobbies

The brief was to look at how the existing lift lobbies could be upgraded to reflect the vibrancy of the development and incorporate the clients new brand colours.

We completely transformed the lobbies by incorporating new coloured wrap round archway features incorporating lighting and signage, breaking down the expanse of carpet by using different tones and replacing all doors and skirtings so that the whole design was unified.

The work was carried out on a floor by floor basis throughout all floors of the building.
