Our Client wanted to provide a new coffee shop for the tenants at Skypark, but with plans to upgrade the urban realm over the course of the next few years a permanent building wasn’t an option. So we created a design for a new coffee pod from a shipping container. This means that it gives our client the flexibility to move it to new locations when the future works are carried out.
The finishes are clean, fresh and industrial and reflect the overall Skypark brand.
The coffee pod will be run by an independent operator once completed.
