Leisure & Retail Unit Refurbishment
The brief was to create a new frontage to the entire street block front incorporating pedestrian routes, office access and vehicular access and provide refurbished space for a range of retailers or leisure occupiers.
The existing shopfront was dated and industrial with exposed concrete columns and old boarded up shopfronts. We designed a new shopfront incorporating frameless glazing shopfronts with sculptural screens to hide areas of car parking behind and a new feature canopy to signify the vehicular access to the office complex in behind.
The retail unit refurbishment at Skypark is progressing on a phased basis with the first phase on site.
