Our involvement started with a Cat A plus refurbishment for the landlord. During construction a lease was agreed with a new tenant, so the works were tailored to suit the fit out.
Our design incorporated a deconstructed look, with all suspended ceilings removed exposing the concrete soffit and columns and all new lighting and ventilation exposed.
We worked with the landlord and tenant teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the scheme, new offices for Blyth and Blyth consulting engineers.
